Parker Adjustable Halter with Squares, no snap

The Parker Halter features SP Halter Buckles and looped on/replaceable throat snaps. These halters have the ability to adjust in three locations, allowing it to fit an array of sizes.  They have maximum adjustment with built in O-Ring and slide underneath the throat.
