Triple E takes pride in manufacturing Made in the USA products and therefore we are a “make to order” company. Orders, on average, can take up to 2 weeks to manufacture and ship. Please let us know if you have a special event and need your order expedited and we will do our best to accommodate you, Rush charges may apply.

International Shipping – The cost of shipping international orders is determined by dimensional weight, physical size, of the package. Upon receipt of order, we will email you shipping charges. Your order will be subject to import duties and taxes. International customers are responsible for all duties and/or taxes when your package arrives. Packages shipped Internationally will be treated as a final sale, and there will be no refunds, if we shipped you the wrong item please contact us.

Limited Return Policy

Limited Return Policy

Due to the variety of colors, sizes and overall number of products offered Triple E does not warehouse any items. Because we are a “make to order” manufacturer you will have 24 hours to cancel any submitted order. It is essential you review your order prior to finalizing to ensure correctness.

Triple E has a limited warranty, if any item is found defective in workmanship or material within 30 days of proof of purchase we will replace or repair at no charge. This warranty does not cover alterations, embroidered items, misuse, normal wear or accidental damage.

Please contact us if there are any problems with your order, we will try our best to work with you to make our products work for you.  Returns are subject to a 20% return fee.  All returns must be accompanied by a return authorization number, please contact us to obtain an RA number.  You will be responsible for any shipping costs, those are non-refundable. We do not accept returns on customized or personalized products.  We reserve the right to deny a refund without prior approval.
